HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time consists of two important components:

1) Processing time (1-3 working days):

2) Delivery time (depending on the delivery destination 5-10 working days):
The delivery time is calculated from the time the order is picked up from our international shipping center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery destination.
Austria: 5-10 working days * (standard shipping)
Germany: 5-10 working days * (standard shipping)
Switzerland: 5-10 working days * (standard shipping)
* All delivery times stated above exclude customs clearance and related customs delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We currently offer our customers free standard shipping worldwide as a special service.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to our shipping company and you will receive an email with tracking information.
For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, the order may be shipped in several partial deliveries.
WHY IS MY PARCEL TRACKING NOT WORKING?
In certain cases, the shipping company may need 1-2 business days to update the package's location. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.
